I’ve worked with many people with a wide variety of backgrounds to relieve stress, anxiety, fears, relationship issues whilst building confidence and removing self-limiting beliefs that may currently be holding them back.  

I believe that therapy should be fluid and tailored to each individual, empowering them with the tools to take back control of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

  • Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and relaxation that allows the subconscious mind to be more receptive to suggestions and imagery. It involves guiding an individual into a relaxed state where positive changes can be facilitated. It can help address issues like anxiety, lack of confidence, fears, relationship problems, and self-limiting beliefs. Hypnosis is safe, cooperative, and requires the individual's willingness to participate. It is a recognised therapeutic tool used to promote personal growth and overcome challenges.

  • Our minds work on two levels - the conscious and the subconscious. We make decisions, think and act with our conscious mind. The subconscious mind controls our habits and our emotions. In hypnosis we can communicate directly with the subconscious mind. This is why it is so quick and easy to change habits with the use of hypnosis.

  • Hypnosis feels like a relaxed and focused state, similar to daydreaming or being absorbed in a captivating book. It is often described as a pleasant and tranquil experience. While in hypnosis, you remain aware of your surroundings and in control. It's a state of deep relaxation where your attention is heightened and your mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions and imagery.

  • No, you cannot be hypnotized against your will. Hypnosis is a cooperative process that requires your active participation and willingness to enter the relaxed state. You are always in control during hypnosis, and if you choose not to follow the guidance or suggestions, you will not enter the hypnotic state. Hypnosis cannot make you do something against your will or values.

  • Each session lasts between 1hr – 1.5 hr.

    Hypnotherapy can bring about rapid transformation in comparison to a lot of other therapies, but the number of sessions required depends on the nature of the issue and how willing, able and ready the client is.
