Preferred Methods

We'll explore practices such as Transcendental Meditation, using a mantra to encourage deep relaxation, Guided Meditation, where I lead you through specific relaxation techniques, and Body Scan Meditation/Yoga Nidra, where you bring awareness to different parts of your body to release tension.

Breathwork practices include Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana) , Box breathing, Diaphragmatic Breathing (Belly Breathing) and Breath counting. These techniques aim to balance the flow of energy in the body calming the nervous system and enhancing focus and mindfulness.
