As a certified Hypnotherapist, Yoga & Meditation instructor, and Access Bars Practitioner, I've dedicated myself to understanding the mind-body connection. My passion is to share these transformative practices with you.

About Alice-Elizabeth

  • My own holistic journey began in London over 8 years ago. I still remember my first yoga session; I felt disconnected, judging myself on the mat. During Shavasana, I experienced a sensational calm and peace. I knew there was more to yoga.

    Years later, during a tough time, I reconnected with yoga. It became a source of comfort and understanding, helping me slow down and hear my inner guidance. Yoga was my pillar, a way to reconnect with myself, my breath, my body. It helped me heal and navigate life's challenges.

  • My heart led me to Bali for a Yoga/Meditation Teacher training course. It was profound and transformational. I was curious to understand more about the philosophy behind yoga, and what I discovered changed my life.

    I stretched my meditation practice further, signing up to a silent Retreat. Allowing me to go inward, becoming aware of my thought patterns and allowing space for clarity and creative thinking. I connected with myself on a level I had never reached before. This was a turning point for me, and I knew I had to share it with others.

    Over 6 years ago, I had my first encounter with Hypnotherapy through an online session and was instantly intrigued. After becoming a case study for a practicing Hypnotherapist, I experienced remarkable results in confidence and self-worth. This drove me to study and qualify as a Certified Hypnotherapist.

    During my travels, I encountered Access Bars in Bali, and after a transformative healing experience, I trained in this technique back in London. I firmly believe that Access Bars has the potential to deeply benefit everyone.

  • I am now working with Clients to help relieve anxiety and stress through Hypnotherapy and Access Bars bringing them back to their true authentic selves.

    Alongside teaching both Hatha & Vinyasa Classes with Meditation/breathwork in Studios across London sharing the knowledge I received during my precious time at Samyama in Bali Ubud.

    My passion and purpose are to help others to trust and listen to their inner guidance, overcome stress & anxiety, build confidence, strength and resilience. Flowing and trusting in themselves and life.
