I’m Alice Elizabeth

A registered Clinical Empowerment Hypnotherapist based in London, offering support to clients worldwide through online sessions.

I specialise in these techniques as they helped me. I previously spent nine years working in Fashion and have battled with stress, self-doubt and anxiety. Whilst in the midst of all this, I did a lot of work on myself through Hypnotherapy and other forms of Holistic Wellness which allowed me to re-evaluate my priorities, understand where my fears and anxieties were really coming from, increase my emotional awareness, and then create new more positive patterns and beliefs, which led me to move on to a better more fulfilling chapter.

My mission is to help you heal holistically, reclaim your freedom, and enhance your growth. I create a safe and supportive environment where you can experience tailored Hypnotherapy techniques designed to meet your unique goals, whether it's overcoming stress, body image issues, or building self love and inner confidence.

My passion lies in sharing these transformative practices with you, guiding you on your journey to holistic well-being.

My aim is for all my clients to leave feeling empowered after our sessions with the tools provided to take back control of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

I am passionate about prioritising mental and physical well-being and I am dedicated to helping you feel more confident, relaxed, and empowered to make significant positive changes in your life. By taking the time to get to know you, I aim to understand your unique concerns and goals.

I will collaborate with you to design a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs and specific challenges, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. My greatest satisfaction comes from providing my client with the tools and skills to become their own best support system.

Four 1:1 sessions, a tailored program focusing on addressing your specific challenges and goals. Through a blend of Hypnotherapy techniques & Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) , I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore and overcome anxiety, increase self-esteem , and more. Each session is personalised to target the root causes of your concerns and equip you with strategies for positive change. 8 Sessions

Experience a deeper eight-session program looking into different areas in your life. In our nurturing environment, we'll explore your goals and dreams, uncovering any blockages in your path. Together, we'll tailor sessions to tackle the root causes of your challenges, equipping you with practical tools to reshape your mindset.

After just eight sessions, you'll emerge feeling lighter, empowered, and prepared to embrace a new chapter with confidence and resilience. It's time to unlock your full potential and step into the life you've always imagined.

A Path of Self-Discovery

My own holistic journey began in London over 6 years ago. I still remember my first Hypnotherapy session with Marisa Peer; I experienced a sensational calm and peace. From that point I was fascinated to learn more and began reading mindset and personal development books.

A couple years later, I reconnected again with Hypnotherapy. I became a case study for a practicing Hypnotherapist, I experienced remarkable results in confidence and self-worth. This drove me to study and qualify as a Certified Hypnotherapist and work with clients online.

I moved to Bali for a Yoga/Meditation Teacher training course. It was profound and transformational. I was curious to understand more about the philosophy behind yoga as this had also been a pillar in my own life to help me navigate lifes challenges.

Stretching my meditation practice further, I signed up to a silent Retreat. Allowing me to go inward, becoming aware of my thought patterns and allowing space for clarity and creative thinking. I connected with myself on a level I had never reached before.

Since then I have taken part in Positive Psychology course at Oxford University. Providing evidence-based strategies to enhance individuals lives.

Guiding you back to yourself

I am now working with Women to help increase their confidence and self worth bringing them back to their true authentic selves.

Alongside teaching both Hatha & Vinyasa Classes with Meditation/breathwork in Studios across London sharing the knowledge I received during my precious time at Samyama in Bali Ubud.

My passion and purpose are to help others to trust and listen to their inner guidance, overcome stress & anxiety, build confidence, strength and resilience. Flowing and trusting in themselves and life.
